The advertisement shall be pub- lished in accordance with the statutory requirements thereof, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by the Council on MONDAY , the 20th day of MAY , 1957, at 11.30 Daylight Time 10.30 Centralo 'clock .A:.M., in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall of the Village of Roseville at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Village Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check or bidder's bond payable to the Village Clerk in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid, and that the Village Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all rights and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interest of the Village and that no bid may be withdrawn for aperiod of)O days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Passed by the Council this 23rd day of April, 1957.
