EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON APRIL 5, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. PaUl, Minnesota, on Monday, the 5th day of April, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following was absent: Mayor Cedarholm Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1187 RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREON RELATING TO PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS IN THE KROISS LAKEVIEW ADDITION IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on January 18, 1965, the Village Engineer has prepared a report with reference to the construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water mains, to- gether with necessary appurtenances to each. in the Kroiss Lakeview Addition lying between the Northern Pacific Railway tracks, County Road C and Dale Street dated April 5. 1965, and this report has been received by the Council on April 5, 1965, and said Village Engineer has alsp prepared plans and specifications for said proposed storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water improvement and presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 1HE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Such plans and specifications are hereby ordered accepted and fi led. 2. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.031 the Council also deems it necessary and feasible prior to the holding of any public hearing
