<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Cotmcil <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall on Monday, the 10th day of May, 1965, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ...l2J4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING AN ASSESSMENT <br />FOR CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS <br />NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to statute, a public hearing regarding proposed <br /> <br />assessments on consolidated Water Improvements numbered 62-2. 64-4, 64-5 <br /> <br />and 64-6 was held. and on October 12, 1964 a resolution confirming assess- <br /> <br />n~nts for said water improvement as amended was adopted. which resolution <br /> <br />provided a period of 30 days for prepayment without interest penalty for <br /> <br />owners of any parcels of land. and thereafter said assessment roll to be <br /> <br />transmitted to the County Auditor's office to be extended upon the proper <br /> <br />tax lists of the county for COllection. and <br />
