<br />WHEREAS after the transmission of the assessment roll to <br /> <br />the County Auditor C. J. Wilson and Viola Wilson, 2477 North <br /> <br />Victoria, paid the Village Treasurer in full on the following: <br /> <br />Parcel Number <br /> <br />Date of Receipt <br /> <br />Receipt Number Amount <br /> <br />79011002036 <br /> <br />12/3/64 <br /> <br />18108 $550.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. That because of a clerical error, the Village of Rose- <br /> <br />ville accepted the payment of the above assessment after the <br />assessment roll had been transmitted to the County Auditor, <br />and that said assessment against the above described parcel <br />is hereby revoked and shall be marked "cancelled" and "paid" <br />and the County Auditor shall not be required to extend said <br />assessment for collection as provided in said assessment reso- <br />lution, assessment roll, and certificate of transmittal above <br />referred to. <br /> <br />2. That the village clerk is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />and the Machine Accounting Division of Ramsey County to <br />effectuate the foregoing, and the Ramsey County Auditor is <br />hereby directed and authorized to proceed in accordance herewith <br />and as provided herein and to remove said assessments heretofore <br />certified by the Council to him as to the foregoing above <br />described parcel numbers. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
