<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />aamsey County, Minnesota <br />May 10, 1965 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~nnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, May 10, 1965 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholn, Trustees <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of Notice of Hearing on proposed Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and <br /> <br />water improvements in the KroisLakeview Addition Improvement in <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution adopted April 5, 1965, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description of <br /> <br />the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br /> <br />and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the <br /> <br />published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and <br /> <br />the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by <br /> <br />the Council~ and the substance of the views presented by them <br /> <br />were as follows: <br />
