Kroiss, 1485 Transit Avenue - In favor of the improvement. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing <br /> <br />at the public hearing for Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and water <br /> <br />improvements in the Kroiss Lakeview Addition Improvement, <br /> <br />MemQ~r Shields <br />_.....-. . <br /> <br />then "'1J:)troduoed the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoptJion:, <br /> <br />RESOLlJfION NO. l2lS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING SANITARY SEHER, <br />STORM SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS <br />IN THE KROISS LAKEVIEW ADDITION <br />IMPROVEMENT UNDER AND PURSUANT TO <br />MINNESOTA STATurES, CHAPTER 429, <br />AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed Sanitary Sewer, <br />Storm Sewer and Water Improvements in the Kroiss Lakeview Addition <br />Improvement consisting of the construction of the above improvements, <br />together with necessary appurtenances to each, at a cost estimated <br />presently to be approximately $150,015, all substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file in the office of the Village Clerk, and having considered the <br />views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the <br />premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said <br />improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assess- <br />ments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, and that the area proposed to be assessed <br />for said improvement will consist of the property as described in <br />the notice of hearing, or portion thereofJ and that the acting <br />village engineers are hereby directed to prepare and sUbmit to the <br />Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Hember Graue 1 <br /> <br />~ and upon roll call <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared uaQly passOd and ~ <br />
