<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESO TA, HELD May 17, , 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on May 17 , 1965 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and the followi ng members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1221 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A SECTION OF SOUTH OWASSO <br />BOULEVARD AND THE SHORELINE OF LAKE OWASSO IN THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE~ MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by an excess of Fifty Per Cent <br />of the land owners adjoining the section of the street hereinafter set <br />forth has been submitted to the Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to motion made and passed by the Village <br />Council for the Village of Roseville, setting the time for a public <br />hearing on such vacation for May 17,1965, in the Council Chambers <br />of the Roseville Village Hall at 7:30 p.m., a public hearing was duly <br />and regularly held; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCI~ FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That portion of South Owasso Boulevard as hereinafter set <br />forth is hereby vacated as a public street, said section hereby vacated <br />being legally described as follows I to-wit: <br />
