That part of the northerly extension of Owasso Boulevard South lying between Lot one (1), Lake Owasso Villa and the West One Hundred Fourteen Feet (W.114') of Lot One (1) measured on the North line of said Lot One (t), map of A. K. Barnum's Garden Lot; which lie s north of the north line of Owasso Boulevard South extended across the northerly extension of Owasso Boulevard South, in Section One (1), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota. That said vacation is subject to, and the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, retains an easement over, under and across said right-of-way for storm sewers, sanitary sewers, utility mains and power lines, together with ingress and egress thereto, without additional cost to the Village of Ro seville, Minne sota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members voted in favor of the resolution and no one voted against the same. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
