<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Counc~l of the Village of Roseville <br />Kamsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of aoseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of June, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee <br /> <br />Cur ley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1251 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ~ursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br /> <br />Council on May 3, 1965, Banister Engineering Co. has prepared plans <br /> <br />and specifications for Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 65-7 <br /> <br />and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />
