The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of <br />such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be <br />published as required by lawt shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Village <br />Clerk and PUblic Works Director at 11:30 o.clock A.M. on July 15, <br />1965, in the Village Hall, that no bids will be eonsidered unless <br />sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit <br />or certified check payable to the clerk for ten per cent (10%) of <br />the amount of such bid and that the advertisement shall state a <br />completion date of November 1, 1965 . <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Trustee <br /> <br />Graue 1 <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
