EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD JUNE 14, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 14th day of June, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Trustee Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: IlliSOLUTION NO. 1252 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS At\1D SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISE!vIENT FOR BIDS ON STREET SURFACING AND CURB AND GUTTER FOR STREET IMPROVEr.IENT 64-2 \\HEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on April 20, 1964, the Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for street surfacing and curb and gutter on Terrace Drive from the west line of Western Avenue to the north line of Terrace Drive, and on Terrace Drive from the \"est line of Western Avenue to the east line of Mackubin Street, and to Judith Avenue from the west line of Western Avenue to the east line of Mackubin Street, and on [vlackubin Street from the north line of Terrace Drive to the south line of Judith Avenue, in accordance with the feasibility report presented to the Council on April 20, 1964; and WllliREAS, the Roseville Village Council on December 7, 1964, passed Ordinance No. 448 requiring installation of concrete curb and gutter in all street improvements in the Village of Roseville thereby nullifying that part of the feasibility report of April 20, 1964, regard- ing installation of asphalt curb and gutter under this improvement; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Village Council is desirous of ascertaining the differential in cost between the originally authorized curb and gutter installation and the concrete curb and gutter installation; and
