<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY Hi It 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 16, 1965 at 4:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, and <br />Trustees Curley and Grauel, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustees Goodrich and Shields. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1275 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has held public hearings <br />and has commenced an improvement known as Storm Sewer Improvement 65-7, <br />to construct storm sewers to drain storm waters in certain areas of the <br />Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement is also feasable to drain parts <br />of Trunk Highway No. 36 between Lexington and Hamline Avenues, and <br />parts of Trunk Highway No. 10 lying between Parker and Trunk Highway <br />No. 36; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has been advised by competent engineers <br />that the above State Trunk Highways will be benefited and be given drainage <br />by said improvement, and the Village requests the Department of Highways of <br />the S,tate of Minnesota to cooperate in the cost of said improvement, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
