<br />1. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville hereby <br />requests the Minnesota Department of Highways to enter into a cooperative <br />agreement with the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, relative to Storm <br />Sewer Improvement 65-7, plans and specifications for said improvement <br />being on file and of record in the office of the Director of Public Works for <br />the Village of Roseville, copies of which have been forwarded to the <br />Minnesota Department of Highways, wherein it is agreed that the Minnesota <br />Department of Highways will cooperate with the Village of Roseville in <br />paying part of the costs of said improvement. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk and Manager of the Village of Roseville <br />is hereby directed to certify a copy of the within Resolution and forward same <br />to the Minnesota Department of Highways; and he is further requested and <br />directed to supply the Minnesota Department of Highways with all plans, <br />specifications and other data relative to the improvement known as Storm <br />Sewer Improvement 65-7. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />all members present voted in favor of the Resolution, and no one voted against <br />the same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager and <br />Clerk of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a <br />special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />held on the 16th day of July, 1965, with the original on file in my office, and <br />the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom, insofar as the same <br />relates to a Resolution relative to Storm Sewer Improvement 65-7. <br /> <br />the corporate <br />July, 1965. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand and the seal as such Manager and Clerk, and <br />seal of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, this 21st day of <br />J <br />// / ~!, "------:;:7 (2" <br />-~ / f// J /' / <br />~;~'et>t.e~/ C:~--e.''J~- // <br />. chard W.
