<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 2, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 2nd day of August, 1965 <br />at 7: 30 p. m. The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shie Ids <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1277 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Re solution of the Village Council adopted the <br />12th day of July , 19-2..~ fixed a date for a Council hearing on the <br />proposed improvements on the follOWing streets: <br /> <br />1. Terrace Drive between Mackubin Street and <br />Western Avenue; <br />2. Judith Avenue between Mackubin Street and <br />Western Avenue; <br />3. Centennial Drive between Terrace Drive and <br />Western Avenue; <br />4. Mackubin Street between Judith Avenue and <br />Terrace Drive. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten (10) days' published notice of the hearing <br />through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the <br />hearing was held thereon on the 2nd day of August, 1965, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by <br />Lowell Odland, Village Engineer, wherein alternate types of improvements <br />are proposed, to-wi t: one proposal calling for blacktop curbs and gutters, <br />and one proposal calling for concrete curbs and gutters, <br />
