NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. AS FOLLOWS: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted June 14, I 19~. 2. The Village Council for the Village of RoseviUe hereby approves the alternate plan for concrete curbs and gutters as set forth in the proposed plans and sre cifications prepared by Lowell Odland, Village Engineer. 3. Plans and specifications prepared by Lowell Odland, Village Engineer, for such improvement pursuant to Council Resolution, a copy of which plans and specifications is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the Village Manager. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Graue 1 , and upon a vote being held thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON I said resol ution was declared duly passed and adopted.
