<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 2, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Ro seville, Minne sota, wa s duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 2nd day of August, 1965 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1278 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement of: <br /> <br />1. Terrace Drive between Mackubin Street and <br />Western Avenue; <br />2. Judith Avenue between Mackubin Street and <br />Western Avenue; <br />3. Centennial Drive between Terrace Drive and <br />Western Avenue; <br />4. Mackubin Street between Judith Avenue and <br />Terrace Drive, <br /> <br />bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications for said improvements <br />contained alternate proposals, one for blacktop curbs and gutters and one <br />for concrete curbs and gutters; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS I the Village Council of the Village of Roseville has <br />determined to proceed by approving the plans and specifications for concrete <br />curbs and gutters; and <br />
