<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Ounkley SurfacinQ Co. of <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF R03EVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS- FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with Dunkley Surfacing Co. of <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota in the name of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, for the improvement of: <br /> <br />1. Terrace Drive between Mackubin Street and <br />Western Avenue; <br />2. Judith Avenue between Mackubin Street and <br />Western Avenue; <br />3. Centennial Drive between Terrace Drive and <br />Western Avenue; <br />4. Mackubin Street between Judith Avenue and <br />Terrace Drive, <br /> <br />oc:cording to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village <br />Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that <br />the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be <br />retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich I and upon a vote being held <br />thereon, the follOWing members voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
