<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 2, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on August 2, 1965, at 8:00 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm <br />Trustees: Goodrich, Curley, Shields and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1286 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMING TO ACQUIRE BY EMINENT <br />DOMAIN AN EASEMENT ACROSS CERTAIN LANDS FOR THE PURPOSES <br />OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING, AND OPERATING STORM SEWER <br />MAINS, PIPES AND APPURTENANCES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, AND DIRECTING THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE <br />INSTITUTED FOR SAID PURPOSES, AS A PART OF IMPROVEMENT 65-7: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville has been advised by competent engineers that it <br />is feasible to construct storm sewer mains, pipes and <br />appurtenances for a portion of said Village, known as <br />Improvement 65-7; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary <br />and expedient and in the best interests of the Village and <br />its inhabitants that storm sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances <br />be constructed on the lands proposed to be taken by eminent <br />domain hereunder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the present owners and other persons having <br />an interest in said required lands have indicated that they <br />
