<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AI.K;UST 9, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 9, 1965, <br />at 7: 30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members \\ere absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1287 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has in conjunction with the <br />Villages of Falcon Heights, Maplewood, North Saint Paul and White Bear <br />Lake, attempted to renegotiate the contract with the City of Saint Paul <br />for the disposal of sanitary sewage wastes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, representatives of the above Villages appeared before <br />the Honorable City Council of the City of Saint Paul on March 19, 1964 <br />and announced intentions to study the City sanitary sewage contract and <br />enter into negotiations with the City of Saint Paul; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 31, 1964, a study of the sanitary sewage rates <br />was completed by the above named Villages, said study being prepared by <br />the engineering firm of Greeley and Hansen; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent thereto, copies of said study were forwarded <br />to the City of Saint Paul; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 5, 1964, a letter was sent by the City <br />Council of the City of Saint Paul, designating a technical conunittee <br />of the City of Saint Paul to negotiate with the above Villages; and <br />
