<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 9, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 9, 1965 at 7:30 p.rn. <br />The foIbwing members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; <br />Tru stee s Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and no one was absent. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1291 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />repair of an existing sanitary sewer main at the South end of Lake <br />Owasso in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, bids <br />were received, opened and tabulated according to law I and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Lametti and Sons, Inc. <br />Orfei and Sons <br />A. P. Keller Construction <br />McDonald Luben & Associates <br /> <br />$ 19,852.00 <br />23,414.00 <br />25,000.00 <br />33,526.06 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Lametti & Sons, Inc., is the <br />lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
