<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into the attached contract with Lametti & Sons, Inc., <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, for the repair of <br />an existing sanitary sewer main at the South end of Lake Owasso in <br />the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, accroding to the plans and <br />specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in <br />the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except <br />that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder <br />shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />members present all voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against <br />the same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular <br />meeting of the Village of Roseville Council, held on the 9th day of <br />August, 1965, with the original on file in my office, and the same is a <br />full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates <br />to a resolution accepting bids for the repair of sanitary sewer mains in <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Manager and the corporate seal <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, this /0 day of August, 1965. <br /> <br /> <br />~/ <br /> <br />:' ---, <br /> <br />t//~~ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />-2- <br />
