<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 30th day of <br /> <br />August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Shields then introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1309 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-20 Al~D <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-31 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Street Improve- <br /> <br />ment No. 65-20 and Street Improvement No. 65-31, according to the <br /> <br />plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Clerk <br /> <br />of said Village, said bids were received on August 30, 1965, at <br /> <br />11:30 o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the <br /> <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />
