The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with Hennepin Black':Topping Co., Inc. for <br />$16,870.00 in the name of the Village of Roseville for Street <br />Improvement No. 65-20 and Street Improvement No. 65-31, according to <br />the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Grauel and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
