<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AU GU ST 30, 1965 . <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sp~cia1 <br />meeting of the Village Council of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 30,1965 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1316 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A SECTION OF ASBURY STREET <br />IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNE8) TA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, vacated a section of Asbury Street by Resolution dated <br />December 28, 1956 and recorded December 29, 1956 in Book 357 of <br />Miscellaneous Instruments, page 497 of Ramsey County Records; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution reserved to the Village of <br />Roseville certain utility easements upon the portions of vacated Asbury <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 24, 1964 an excess of Fifty Per <br />Cent (50%) of the owners of real property adjoining the section of <br />Asbury Street heretofore vacated, re serving utility ea sements, petitioned <br />for the vacation of said utility easements, and a public hearing was held <br />on said petition on June I, 1964, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA.
