<br />That portion of Asbury Street as hereinafter set forth is <br />hereby vacated as a public street, and all public utility easements <br />are hereby vacated, said section of Asbury Street hereby vacated being <br />legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />That portion of Asbury Street lying between <br />County Road C-2 and the South Sixty Feet (S. 60') <br />of Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Sun Realty's <br />Centennial Terrace, according to the plat thereof <br />on file and of record in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Re solution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields , and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, all members were in favor of the same and no one voted against <br />the Resolution. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON I said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of <br />a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, held on the 30th day of August, 1965, with the original on <br />file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript <br />therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution vacating a section <br />of Asbury Street. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Manager and the corporate <br />seal of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, this 31stday of August, 1965. <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />-2- <br />
