<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br /> <br />30th day of August 1965, at 7:30 o'clook p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br /> <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1318 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-3 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street Improvement No. 64-3 <br />of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the legal notice <br />thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in the making of said improvement amount to $21,909.32 so that the total <br />cost of the improvement will be $21,909.32, and of this cost the village <br />will pay $5,000.00 as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br />
