<br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $ 16,909.32 . <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk, together with the assistance of <br />the village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal consultant, <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, <br />piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without <br />regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a <br />copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public <br />inspection. The Village Clerk may arrange for the assistance <br />of the Machine Accounting Division of the County of Ramsey in <br />the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Clerk, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further <br />action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken there- <br /> <br />on, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolutbn was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
