<br />TRACT NO. 3 (Easement W-706) <br /> <br />The Southerly 7~ feet of Lot 5, Block 1, <br />Roseville Heights, according to the plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, together with a temporary con- <br />struction easement, 5 feet in width lying <br />Northerly of and immediately adjacent to the <br />aforedescribed perpetual easement. <br /> <br />The said perpetual easement to be 7~ feet <br />in width. <br /> <br />That the estate to be acquired in the properties <br />described above are perpetual easements for constructing, <br />maintaining, operating and repairing water mains, pipes <br />and appurtenances over and across said properties, together <br />with ingress and egress. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is <br />instructed to institute the necessary proceedings in con- <br />demnation under the power of eminent domain in the name <br />and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to <br />acquire the properties hereinabove described under the <br />statutes of the State of Minnesota, and the said attorney <br />is further instructed and directed to take such steps as <br />may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich , and <br />upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of <br />the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
