<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 13, 1965. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br />Village on September 13, 1965, at 7:30 p.m. <br />following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />a regular <br />Minnesota, <br />in said <br />The <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1325 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO SUPPLEMENTAL RE-APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENT ON PART OF WATER IMPROVEMENT 62-1. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Water Improvement <br />62-1 as finally amended and adopted on October 14, 1963, <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of said assessment roll, the fol- <br />lowing properties were assessed in the following amounts: <br /> <br />A) Zimmerman Office park/ Lot I, <br />Block 1 <br />B) Lot I, Block 2 <br /> <br />$7,868.75 <br />2,146.25 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1005, dated July 20, 1964, <br />the Council re-apportioned the above original assessment <br />as follows: <br /> <br />"(I) W 250 ft of lot 1 blk 2 & <br />W 250 ft of part of lot 1 <br />blk 1 lying S of a line <br />460 ft N from & Par with S <br />line of sd lot 1 blk 2. Also, <br />vac Rose Mall bet sd parts of <br />blks 1 & 2. <br /> <br />$6,153.75 <br />
