Rose Mall bet sd <br />part of lots in blks <br />1 & 2/ <br /> <br />$3,861.25 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has now been brought to the attention <br />of the Council that the above re-apportionment was <br />erroneous in amounts due to the transposition of <br />figures and an error in frontage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due notice of a hearing on proposed <br />supplemental re-apportionment of assessment was mailed <br />to the property owners affected, in accordance with <br />Minn. Stat. ~429.071, and a public hearing held on <br />said proposed supplemental re-apportionment on the <br />13th day of September, 1965. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the above re-apportionment <br />should be amended so as to correctly re-apportion the <br />affected properties. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council does hereby amend Resolution <br />No. 1005 and makes the following correct apportionment <br />of the original assessments as contained in said <br />assessment roll of October 14, 1963, against the fol- <br />lowing described properties: <br /> <br />-2- <br />
