<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2101 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on the <br /> <br />13th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />, 1965, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm. Trustees Curley. <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the f'ollowing were absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1332 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPrANCE OF <br />PATTON ROAD from Stanbridge Avenue to Brenner Street <br />and <br />BRENNER STREET from Patton Road west to Ivrdia Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Victor N. Michels, dba Michels Construction Company as developer, <br /> <br />has platted st. Anthony Plaza No. 2 and streets known as Patton Road and Brenner <br /> <br />street, and pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance has undertaken <br /> <br />to grade and stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized, and Michels In- <br /> <br />vestment Company has filed bond for the completion of construction of said <br /> <br />street within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />PATTON ROAD from Stanbridge Avenue to Brenner Street <br /> <br />BRENNER STREET from Patton Road west to Lydia Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michels Investment Company has filed and also made their request <br /> <br />for approval and the final acceptance of said streets by the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />and, <br />
