<br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said streewand <br /> <br />filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said stree~has been <br /> <br />completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and <br /> <br />recommends the acceptance of said street; by the Village. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Patton Road from Stanbridge Avenue to <br /> <br />Brenner Street and Brenner street from Patton Road west to Lydia Avenue, located <br /> <br />in St. Anthony Plaza No. 2 Plat, be and is hereby accepted by the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville as Village streets, and that Victor N. l,uchels,dba Michels Construc- <br /> <br />tion Company and Michels Investment Company, be and is hereby released from any <br /> <br />further liability for construction and maintenance of said stree~ and that the <br /> <br />bond be returned to Michels Investment Company. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br /> <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) SS <br />) <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville of Ramsey County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br /> <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said <br /> <br />Village Council held on the 13th day of <br /> <br />September, 1965, with the original <br /> <br />thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript <br /> <br />therefrom insofar as the same relates to acceptance of certain streets in the St. <br /> <br />Anthony Plaza No. 2 Addition. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Clerk this 15th day ~ <br /> <br />September ,1965. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />~~ <br />. ing Village Cler <br />
