<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of September, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Shie Ids <br /> <br />then introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1333 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />No. 65-32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Street <br /> <br />Improvement No.65-32, according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of said Village, said <br /> <br />bids were received on September 8, 1965, at 11: 30 0' clock A.I\1., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br /> <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Ashbach Construction Company <br />Dunkley Surfacing Company <br />Hennepin Blacktopping Company <br /> <br />$46,662.38 <br />46,664.33 <br />54,216.70 <br />
