<br />WHEREAS it appears that <br /> <br />Ashbach Construction Co. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the <br /> <br />tabulated price of $ 46,662.38 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with Ashbach Construction Company <br />for $46,662.38 in the name of the Village of <br />Roseville for Street Improvement No. 65-32 according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the suceessful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by <br /> <br />Member Graue 1 and upon vote be ing <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAt'ISEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of <br />meeting of the Council of said Village held on September 13, 1965, with <br />the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true <br />and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to <br />accepting bids for Street Improvement No. 65-32. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY ~UU~D as such Clerk and the corporate seal of said <br />Village this 15th day of September, 1965. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />
