<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevllle, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br />the 27th day of September, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br />Goodrich & Grauel. <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Shields <br />Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1338 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVIN3 ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FCR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />STORM SE'JJER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-43 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineer- <br />ing Co. to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction of <br />storm sewer and-appurtenances within a portion of the Village, <br />as described in the notice set forth below, and the estimated <br />cost thereof, and as to whether such improvement should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted <br />by the engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file 1n the office of <br />the Clerk. The improvement proposed to be made in the general <br />manner set forth in the report is designated as Storm Sewer <br />Improvement No. 65-43. <br />
