<br />2. The Councii shall meet at the Council Chambers in the <br />Village Hall, 270l North Lexington, on. October l8, 1965, at <br />7:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of holding a public heafing <br />on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429, and the Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the time; place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper. Ramsey County Suburban Life. which publications <br />shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not <br />less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
