<br />J10flCE OF HBUDlG <br />ON STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-43 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />l~seville, Minnesota, will meet at the Council Chambers in the <br />Village Hall on the 18th day of October, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock <br />P.M., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, on a proposed Stor.m Sewer Improvement <br />No. 65-43 consisting of the construction of stor.m sewer and <br />appurtenances within the area described below: all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />Village Clerk. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $71,900. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement includes the properties described below: <br /> <br />All of Block One (1), Block TwO (2), Block Four (4), <br />Block Five (5), and Lots One (1) through Twenty two (22) <br />inclusive, Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Nine <br />(9) inclusive, Block Six (6), Western uills Addition, <br />according to the plat thereof on file and of record in <br />the office of the ~9ister of Deeds of Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and <br />place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: September 27, 1965 <br /> <br />BY ORDE~ OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />llichard W.
