Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 15th day of November, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodricll, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1381 RESOLUTION RELATING TO A HEARING ON REASSESSMENT AND SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVE~ffiNTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 WHEREAS, a resolution was passed by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville on the 9th day of September, 1964, directing the Village Clerk to prepare proposed assessments of the cost of Consolidated Water Improvements Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 and WllliREAS, the Clerk notified the Council on September 14, 1964, that such proposed assessment had been completed and filed in his office for public inspection and, WHEREAS, on September 14, 1964 the Village Council set a date for a hearing on the original assessment and in accordance with the Statute relating thereto duly called and held said hearing on the 6th day of October, 1964, and subsequent to said hearing said Village Council adopted a resolution dated October 12, 1964, adopting said assessment and subsequent thereto on October 19, 1964, certified said assessment roll to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and MIEllliAS, pursuant to M.S. 429.071 the Village Council may make supplementary assessments to correct omissions, errors or mistakes in the original assessment and
