'.me article stated that <br />Dr. 91umberg read a report ot the Planner, }~r. Dahlgren, Which appeared to contradiot <br />an aot.1.on of the Planning Comnission. The matter 11&8 discussed and it vas concluded <br />that no action would be taken on this matter. However, ?ir. Kembres felt that the <br />Planning reports submitted by the resident planner were recommendations and not public <br />~. A discussion was <br />condnoted concerning the adrl.nbiU ty of having the resident planner spend one-half <br />day each week at the Village Hall. nuring this time the planner could consult with <br />people concer.ning problems in planning, work with village personnel. and prepare monthly <br />plaming reports.
