Dahlgren, Which appeared to contradiot an aot.1.on of the Planning Comnission. The matter 11&8 discussed and it vas concluded that no action would be taken on this matter. However, ?ir. Kembres felt that the Planning reports submitted by the resident planner were recommendations and not public ~. As such they should not be released for publication. A discussion was condnoted concerning the adrl.nbiU ty of having the resident planner spend one-half day each week at the Village Hall. nuring this time the planner could consult with people concer.ning problems in planning, work with village personnel. and prepare monthly plaming reports. It was estimated that in view of the f'act that planninp, in Ros8V'1l1e has progressed to the stage where special planning reports appear to be about at an end. the planning service at the ...illage hall could be conducted at no increase in the current contract price ($300000 per JIIOnth).
