SIGN O~JPTA"JCE Dah1.gren reported that he has bean meeting separately with Petroleum Industries and 'lidn City' Sign .Association. The committeo appointed to atudy the sign problem several months ago has never tunctioned. Twin City Sign Association has suggested certain changes in the or6.inance pertaining to filUm! stations which has been revised by Mr. tahlgren and sent back againsto the .Association tor handling with 1 te people. Dahlgren hopes to have the matter resolved by possibly the end or next week.
