Planner <br />Dahlgren and Engineer Soutter were also present. <br /> <br />9-6-63 M. Day Addition - South of County Road D near Highway' No.8. <br /> <br />Maitland Day did not appear at the meeting. Tolstand and Anderson telephoned the secreta~ requesting <br />adcli tional time to prepare the plat. <br /> <br />Soike moved, Che smu t seconded that the preliminary pla.t of Rosedale <br />Addition No.3 be continued at our meeting scheduled for October 49 <br />1961. Carried unanimous~. <br /> <br />(Secretary's note:) The Village Council referred this pla.t to us for <br />consideration on April 28, 1961. We are required to make ou:r recommend- <br />ations to the Village Council within 60 days after receipt of the plat <br />in accordance with section 160030 of the ordinan~~ UT!less additional <br />time is requested. I advised Messrs. Tolstad and Anderson of this by <br />letter written September 15, 1961. I also suggest.ed that the plat be <br />withdrawn if the development problems for this tract of land aren't <br />resolved by our next meeting. <br /> <br />9-6-71 Maier Rezoning (R-l to R-3) Rice street just South. of Minnesota Avenue. <br /> <br />Jerome Loftsgaarden requested by letter dated August 15p 1961 to <br />continue action on the rezoning at t.he October 4 meel.iog. <br /> <br />Simerman moved, Soikie seconded that the rezoning be continued at the <br />October 4 meeting.
