Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9-6-49 <br /> <br />Lexington Holding Company request for a variance in the ordinance <br />to allow construction of its proposed building 33 :eeet from the <br />Westerly property line. <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph Stacker appeared in support of the request. Hepresented <br />the Commission with a parking lot survey and report on the property <br />prepared by E. C. Bather and Associates. The new parking arrangements <br />produces a total parking capacity of 531 carsvlhich is adequate under <br />the 0 ro inan ce. <br /> <br />Chestnut moved, Bell seconded that we recommend that the variance <br />requested by Lexington Holding Company to construct an addition to its <br />building to 33 feet from the Westerly property line be approved. <br />CarrieQ unanimously. <br /> <br />9-6-79 <br /> <br />The Greenfield Land requested four 'varian0es in the ordinance in <br />connection with a service station to be erected on a parcel of land <br />100 x 102 feet at the intersection of Lexin~ton Avenue and County Road B. <br /> <br />Ral h W.
