(The ordinance indicates that no driveway shall be less than 20 feet from the inter- section. ) The Commission recommends that we appr~ve construction of the driveways 16 feet from the intersection along Lexington Avenue and County Road B. 3. The construct its two feet from the east property line. (The ordinance requires that no building shall be constructed within 20 feet of this line.) The Commission recommends that the variance be approved. 4. The Greenfield Land, Company requests permission to place display at gns 21.4 feet from County Road B along the east property line and 25 feet from Lexington Avenue along the south property line. (The ordinance requires the signs to be set back 30 feet, from the property line.) 'rhe Commission recommends that the variance along the east property line be approved, and the sign along the south property line be set back to 30 feet as required by the ordinance.
