<br />-2- <br /> <br />10-11-81 <br /> <br />Special Use Permit and variance requested by Ralph Nadeau in oonnection <br />with proposed apartment building near Dionne and Lexington Avenues. <br /> <br />1) Special Use Permit to construct a multiple dwelling on property <br />zoned B-1; <br /> <br />2) Variance to construct a multipJa dwelling over I! stories high. <br /> <br />The petitioner proposes to construct a 23 unit apartment consisting <br />. of 12 - one bedroom and 12 - two bedroom units. Howard Dahlgren <br />suggested that all the existing buildings be removed from the property <br />and the developer consider constructing two - 17 unit apartments. As <br />an alternate proposal, he suggested that plans be prepared for a 17 - <br />unit dwelling on the westerly portion of the property with plans for <br />development of a second unit on the easterly portion of the property <br />at a future date. The present plan of development would isolate a <br />parcel of land on the easterly portion of the tract which will prohibit <br />future access to the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Loftsgaarden vdll convey these ideas to the developer. <br /> <br />Bell moved, Grauel seconded thClt the matter be tabled until our <br />November 1st meeting. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10-11-82 <br /> <br />Brenner Addition located South of Coun~ Road D just East of Raymond <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Walter Brenner proposes to plat his property into 3 lots. He understands <br />that Lot 1 will be served ~ a street on two sides when Comet Drive is <br />dedicated and the owner will bare a double assessment for public <br />utilities. <br /> <br />Grauel moved, ~wanson seconded that the preliminary plat be approved. <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Bell moved, Grauel seconded that Howard Dahlgren's name be stricken from <br />the application as Land Planner, as it was recorded there in error. <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Ap~roval of Minutes - Swanson moved, Bell seconded that the Minutes of the September c <br />19 1 meeting be approV'edo Carried unaniIllously. <br /> <br />Simerman moV'ed, Swanson seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 9 :00 0' clock p.m. <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Albert W.
