<br />ROSEVIL1E PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 1, 1961 <br /> <br />Chairman Membrez called the meeting to order at 7g40 P.M. Cornmis~ioners Ball, Chestnut, <br />Grauel, Membrezi Simerman and Swanson were present. N. S. Tolstad and C. A. Anderson supported the plat. The plat <br />as now submitted has 24 lots, 11 of which are owned by Mr. Anderson and <br />13 of which are owned by Mr. Tolstad. The house located on Lot 7, Block <br />2, is constructed within 10 feet of the south property line. <br /> <br />Soutter advised of a ponding area on Lots 3 & 4, block 2 and the advantage <br />of requiring the developer to provide drainage of these surface waters. <br /> <br />Bell moved, Grauel Seconded, that we accept plat 61-56 (Rasedale Addition <br />No.3) subject to the condition that an easement be obtained between lots <br />3 and 4 on the north side of the plat and continuing northward through <br />the property owned by S. P.,Jones and R. R. Rosell to Rosewood Lane for <br />drainage purposes. Said easement to be obtained by the developero <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Tschida Owasso Hills Addition <br /> <br />The plat was referred to the Recreation Board on October 13, 1961. A <br />recommenda tion from the Board has not been received. <br /> <br />Bell Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing on Tschida Owasso <br />Hills Addition be tabled until the December 6, 1961, meeting. Carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />an re uest for a variance to erect an adjition to an <br />feet from the property line. <br /> <br />No one appeared in support of the request. <br /> <br />Simerman Moved, Chestnut Seconded, that action be tabled until the <br />December 6, 1961, meeting. Loftsgaarden supported the petition. The developers propose to construct <br />4, seventeen unit multiple dwellings and 8, eight unit multiple dwellings on <br />a 5.13 acre traot of land. This will accommodate 50, two bedroom and 82, one <br />bedroom units. There are 172 parking spaces.. The plan does not provide <br />
