The Commission <br />members will study the report and make its recommendations at the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Methods - parking requirements for duplexes and multiple dwellings. <br /> <br />Section 7.080 in the ordinance requires 1 parking space per dwelling unit. <br />With the trend of suburban families owning two carsj) we agreed that <br />Section 70080 of the ordinance be amended to require 105 parking spaces <br />per unit for duplexes and multiple dwellings. <br /> <br />It was also agreed that the density standard be increased from 1500 to <br />1700 square feet per one-bedroom unit and 2000 to 2500 square feet per <br />two-bedroom unit 'bo provide a greater area for recreational purposes <br />within the development s. <br />
