The Commission further recommends that <br />these changes be put into effect prior to April 1, 1962 so that they <br />Inay be incorporated into the new telephone and post office directories. <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Report on street layout in in~u~trial area <br /> <br />Dahlgren was advised that the Village approved his proposal to prepare <br />a plan to develop a street pattern for the industrial property in the <br />Village at an estimated cost of $500.00. Dahlgren advised he was <br />meeting "lith the Mayor on January h, 1962, to determine the extent of <br />the report. <br /> <br />Heport of screening requirements <br /> <br />Chestnut moved, Soike seconded, that the Village Planner be directed <br />to make a study and prepare in ordinance form classifications and <br />standards pertaining to screening that, if approved by the Commission, <br />be recommended to the Council for adoption as a Village Ordinance. <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Hesignation <br /> <br />Vice Chainaan Swanson read letters addressed to the Village Council <br />and Planning Corrnnission written by Huth H. Simerman requesting <br />resignation from the Roseville Planning Commission effective, <br />February 15, 1962. <br /> <br />Bell moved, Soike seconded, that '-10 accept with regret :HI's. Simerman IS <br />letter of January 2, 1962, and that the letter be placed on file. <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Approval of minutes of meeting for December 6, 1961 <br /> <br />Chestnut moved, Bell seconded, that the minutes for the Planning <br />Commission meeting of December 6, 1961, be approved.
