<br />-3- <br /> <br />He suggested taking the quadrant uf the Village showing the industrial area, <br />blow it up and add the name~ ot the property owners and uses of the property. <br />When the map is completed, he suggested that we propose a meeting with the property <br />owners to determine a method for developing the industrial property. <br /> <br />3-7-58 Street Name Changes: Chairman Swanson reported that he had talked to the <br />Secretary of Clerk of Village Council and was advised that the Council will take <br />up the matter of street name changes at its meeting of March 12, 1962. The Council <br />will discuss the proposed street name changes at that time and no members of Street <br />Name Change Committee who was appointed by the Commission will be invited to attend <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />3-7-58 Chairman Bell appointed Robert Jonason to the Street Name Change Committee. <br /> <br />3-7-91 Chairman Bell requested that each member of the Commission submit a list <br />of no more than three qualified people who could serve on the road study committee. <br />The list should state the name, address, age and qualifications and be available <br />at the next meeting. <br /> <br />3-7-83 Swanson Moved, Soike Seconded, that the minutes for the Planning Commission <br />meeting of February 7, 1962 be approved. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Chairman Bell turned the meeting over to Commissioner Soike at 8:45 P.M. as he had <br />to attend another meeting. <br /> <br />Jonason Moved, Swanson Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 11:35 P.M. <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Albert W.
