<br />-2- <br />4-4-62 Tusler Lodge No. 263 application to rezone land from R-l to B-1 lying north of <br />Sto Christopher Church between Hamline Avenue and Dellwood Street. <br /> <br />Ivan Woolery supported the peitition, The Lodge proposes to construct a 50 X 180 foot <br />Masonic Temple on the property. t>1rc Woolery advised he has acquired quit claim deeds for <br />the easements of record for future streets or highways across the property. The Commission <br />advised Hr, Woolcry that it would be to their advantagc if the Lodge would exercise its <br />options to purchase additional property for parking purposes. <br /> <br />The pastor of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, was concerned about direction the surface <br />water would drain after the property was filled, He also questioned whether the proposed <br />development provided for enough off-street parking. <br /> <br />Jonason t>1oved, Soike Seconded, that the application submitted by Tusler Lodge No. 263 <br />to rezone land from R-l to B-l be approved subject to the applicant furnishing a quit claim <br />deed for the casements of record, Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4-4-89 The following letter was sent to the Village Council to clarify our recommendation <br />on application made by George A, Indykiewicz to rezone land. <br /> <br />"HONORABLE MAYOR AND VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />Village of Roseville <br /> <br />April 9, 1962 <br />File No. 89 <br /> <br />Mr. George A.
