Bell read letters from Richard Turnlund referring the above mentioned matters to Howard Dahlgren for consideration, Dahlgren expressed a desire that the Village Couneil make its requests for special studies and reports through the Planning Commissiono 6-6-38 Letter from Richard Turnlund concerning budget was read by the chairman: Dear Mr 0 Graue 1 : In reply to your request regarding the $1,436.00 charged the Planning Commission's budget through April 1962, for Consultant Service, the following itemization is provided~ ~Ionthly retainer, three months, through March 31, 1962, total $1,200000. Updating of the Village housing map - $100.00. Reproduction of ten blue line J<'1'ints = $30630 IlJork on parks and playgrounds program $139063, The total charged to date against the Planning Commission budget for work done on the parks and playgrounds program is $6480350 This includes work done in 1961, It \vas thought that this amount would be refunded at the time the bond money is received in July; however, if the Planning Commission feels that the amount should be taken out of their budget immediately, I will assume it in the general budget until the time the bond money is obtainedo (signed) Richard No Turnlund, Village Administrator.
